Personnel Impact and The PI Lab are headed by Eden-Raye Lukacik. Eden-Raye got her PhD in Psychology (specializing in Industrial-Organizational pscyhology) from the University of Calgary. 

Since 2022,  Eden-Raye has been a professor at Saint Mary's University (SMU) in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada where she conducts research related to recruitment, selection, and work atttitudes and behavior. Eden-Raye collaborates with other researchers across Canada and wordwide study work behavior and to improve organizational functioning. Eden-Raye works directly with businesses like joboffer.com and acuspire.ai

Eden-Raye also teaches Industrial-Organizational, methods, and psychology courses at the graduate and undergraduate level at SMU including personnel, qualitative methods, and deception.

Outside of these pursuits, Eden-Raye enjoys gaming, reading, painting, kickboxing, stand-up paddle boarding, and yoga.
