The PI Lab is an industrial-organizational research lab headed by Eden-Raye Lukacik, PhD out of Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The PI lab conducts psychological research related to a number of work psychology topics including:
Recruitment - Job advertisements, applicant tracking systems, organizational image and branding, machine learning
Selection - Job interviews, video interviews (synchronous and asynchronous), selection assessments
Applicant and Interpersonal Behavior (Influence) - Impression management, applicant faking and distortion, personality, applicant anxiety
